I take pork and beef in half, add a little fat so that the cutlets are not too lean. I pass everything through a meat grinder, as well as onions, potatoes, parsley, garlic and cabbage. If desired, the vegetables can be grated on a fine grater, but everything is as I wrote much faster.Then I soak black rye bread in milk or water, squeeze. Do not forget the egg, salt and pepper. If desired, you can put a spoonful of mayonnaise. All this is good to stir, otherwise they will spread out in the pan. We make balls and make them thin with the palm of our hand. Then sprinkle breadcrumbs on both sides and you can fry in sunflower oil. Such cutlets are not stewed. If you are afraid that they are raw in the middle, then put them in the microwave for a minute.
