It can become the main dish of a quiet family evening. Peel the beef liver from the films and cut into slices. Fry in a frying pan with preheated butter until cooked. For salad, you can use any fresh mushrooms that need to be cleaned and cut into pieces. The celery stalk is also cut. Peel the onion head and chop it with straws.
