I suggest to start preparation of this culinary recipe with minced meat. To do this, take the pig meat, chop it finely and mix with chopped onion. Add pepper and salt to your taste.
Next we will deal with potatoes. Grate the raw potatoes. Be sure to drain the juice. Let the grated potatoes stand for a while. Then drain the juice from it again. Season it with salt and pepper to your own taste. From this potato we make a ball and put minced meat in the center of it. Roll the sorcerers in flour and fry in oil.
Put the fried sorcerers in one tray and pour sour cream over them. Place the tray in the oven for 40 minutes.
It is most delicious to eat this Belarusian food with sour cream, but it is also possible with vegetables, pickled cucumbers or sauerkraut. if you live in the north of Russia or in Belarus, you can eat them with soaked cranberries
