No matter how much I resisted this culinary recipe, it managed to take a firm position in the list of the most favorite dishes in our family. The thing is that my husband has German roots. And he does PR with German pedantry for sausages, green peas and cabbage in our family. The simplest and, perhaps, the most favorite culinary recipe for stewed cabbage, I will now describe.

    Add ground beef to them, mix everything and salt. I close the lid and leave it to simmer over low heat.

    I take the scalded tomatoes out of the water, remove the skin and cut them into cubes, about 1 cm x 1 cm in size. I add tomatoes to onions, carrots and minced meat. I mix and stew for about five minutes. After that, I put everything in a large frying pan with cabbage and stew for another five minutes until fully cooked.
