Mackerel with tomatoes fish salad for winter

Cooking time: 1 h 45 min

1. Gut and peel the mackerel, remove the fins, tail and cut into convenient pieces. Boil the fish in salted water. Then, if desired, disassemble the finished fish into pieces and, if you want, remove the bones.
2. Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder, string or chop with a blender. Wash, peel and slice the remaining vegetables as you like.
3. Put all the vegetables in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Then add the fish and spices and simmer for another 30 minutes. Then try it, bring it to taste.
4. Arrange the finished salad in sterile jars, seal with sterile lids, turn over, wrap, cool.
Store in a dark, cool place.
