Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min
I wrote out this wonderful culinary recipe from a fashion magazine, where spicy and unusual dishes from different countries are usually published. In principle, this easy and uncomplicated cooking food from Chinese cuisine was liked by my whole family. To begin with, we need to peel and squeeze out the garlic, as well as finely chop the shallots. Then chop the mushrooms, after cutting off the legs. Pour olive oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom and put it on the stove, heat it and put garlic and onion there, and also add sea salt to taste. Then we cut off the legs of the enoki mushrooms and put them entirely in the stew. Stirring from time to time, fry, and turn down the heat. After that, add white wine and a little olive oil to the pan. Wash the parsley and chop it. Add it at the end with ground white pepper to taste. Then we remove our ready-made stew and cool it. In each tartlet we spread 2 tsp of mushroom stew. Ready-made tartlets with mushrooms are carefully placed on a dish and served to the table together with green tea. The appetizer of mushroom stew is ready. Bon appetit!
