Turkey can be used to cook many dishes. And the easiest and fastest, besides healthy and delicious is a turkey baked with potatoes in the oven. You can bake it whole or use fillets and other parts of the carcass. It turns out: both the meat and the side dish are cooked at the same time, quickly and tasty.

    Potatoes are washed, cleaned and cut into large cubes or slices, as you like. Wash the potatoes again, put them in a bowl. Add spices to taste: salt and ground pepper. If desired, you can add any dry herbs or spices for poultry.

    Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes with a knife. In a bowl with potatoes, put the pieces of chopped turkey. We send the chopped onion there. Pour in a few tablespoons of olive oil. If desired, olive oil can be replaced with sunflower oil or some other, but with the first one it turns out even more useful and tastier.

Then remove the foil and bake for about 10 more minutes. Let the potatoes and turkey lightly brown on top.
