Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make chocolate fondue with liquid filling? Easy, fast and simple. First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Eggs need large, selected. Chocolate is preferably of good quality with a cocoa content of at least 70%. Take the flour of the highest grade.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. In order for the chocolate to melt evenly and not stick to the walls, it needs to be stirred periodically. High-quality chocolate will turn out homogeneous, smooth and shiny.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Melt the butter and cool slightly.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Pour the still warm melted butter into the chocolate.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Stir well until smooth. The mass should be smooth, shiny.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Combine eggs, sugar and salt in a separate bowl. Beat with a mixer until fluffy and smooth. It is important that the sugar and salt melt, otherwise they will sink to the bottom of the bowl and will weigh down the dough. At the same time, the mass should lighten and retain a large number of bubbles on the surface.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Add the chocolate-butter mixture to the beaten egg mass and beat again with a mixer until smooth.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Sift flour with baking powder and pour into the chocolate mixture. Flour may need more or less, focus on the consistency of the dough.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Mix the dough with a silicone spatula. You should get a homogeneous viscous, but not very dense dough.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Carefully lubricate the cupcake molds with butter (even if they are silicone).

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Fill the molds with chocolate dough. I had enough dough for exactly 6 molds.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Put the fondans in preheated to 200°With the oven for 8-9 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven. It is better not to go far from the oven at all. After all, it is worth holding the fondans for an extra minute, and the center of the cake will be baked and turn from liquid into highly viscous or completely baked. When the surface rises slightly in the form of a cap, remove the cupcakes from the oven and cool slightly in the mold.

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

Transfer the finished fondans to a platter and immediately serve to the table, garnished with berries and mint. If desired, you can serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy your meal!
