To prepare this dish, first of all peel and wash the onions and potatoes. Wash and dry the chicken fillet, blotting it with a paper towel. Then cut the chicken fillet into medium pieces and fry a little in a hot frying pan until golden brown.
Prepare the baking dish. To do this, lubricate its bottom and sides with vegetable oil. Lay out all layers of ingredients in layers.
Cut the onion into thin half rings with the first layer and place it all over the bottom of the greased mold.
Put the fried chicken fillet in the second layer. Spread evenly over all the surfaces of the onion. Sprinkle a little salt and dry spices.
Cut the potatoes into circles in a separate bowl. Pour a little vegetable oil. Sprinkle salt and spices and mix so that all the potato pieces become covered with oil. It is most convenient to do this with your hands. Then put the potatoes in the next layer on the chicken fillet. Level it up.
Brush the top of the potatoes with sour cream.
Then open the jar of canned champignons. drain the excess liquid. Cut the champignons into pieces and spread over the entire surface of the greased potatoes.
Cover the mold with foil and put it in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 1 hour.
While the potatoes are baking, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
After an hour of baking, pull out the mold, remove the foil and sprinkle the dish with liberally grated cheese. Put the mold back in the oven for another 15 minutes. During this time, the cheese should melt and brown a little.
Put the finished dish on a heat-resistant surface and serve it to the table hot.
In addition, prepare a vegetable salad or serve it simply with sliced vegetables.
Very tasty!
Bon appetit!
