Baked loaf with cheese and garlic in the oven

An original snack from an ordinary loaf will surprise guests! Prepare it! A very simple recipe and unusual! Friends and relatives are always surprised at such a snack when they see it for the first time. And we cook often, even just as a dinner or going out into nature. Of course, it tastes best to eat hot, but when it cools down, it's also very nice! Quick and easy - in some cases, just a treasure, not a recipe! And you can do it, in principle, with any bread.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

Cooking this dish is very simple and fast. Start by taking the butter out of the refrigerator and putting it closer to the stove to soften. Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.

While she is warming up, take the most ordinary loaf, preferably a little stale, and make incisions in it. They can be made with a mesh, longitudinally obliquely and even lengthwise - as you like. I like the mesh better - it turns out more beautiful, but with transverse incisions, the loaf is easier to cut into portions.

Grate the cheese, add softened butter to it. Peel the garlic and squeeze it out. Chop the greens, set aside a little to decorate the finished dish. Mix everything and put the resulting mass into the cuts of the loaf.

Wrap the loaf in foil and send it to the oven to bake for 20 minutes. When this time has passed, open the foil slightly and leave the loaf in the oven for another 5-7 minutes. It is necessary that the bread is browned on top.

Sprinkle the finished loaf with fresh herbs and serve hot. Bon appetit!
