    Cover the dough in a bowl with a towel, put it back in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. The dough should increase in volume by 2 times.

    Roll out the dough into a layer half a centimeter thick. Cut it into triangles.

    Put the jam on the wide side of each triangle. Twist the bagels, put them on a baking sheet, which must first be greased with vegetable oil.
