Cupcakes with cream cheese

A combination of three flavors. It's divine! Prepare it! We have a heat of 36 degrees. But nevertheless I want something sweet. And so I came across such an interesting recipe. The unusual composition of cupcakes attracted me. Yes, indeed, this dough is extremely tasty. Very gentle, almost weightless. The filling certainly speaks for itself. Caramel! You can just eat it without everything! Well, cream cheese, it complements the combination of flavors here. Despite the heat, it's delicious with coffee! You can also serve it with tea or juice. Enjoy your meal.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

So let's get started! We will prepare and weigh the products for cupcakes.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Mix together chocolate, butter, vegetable oil. Put it in the microwave for a few seconds. We do this 3 times until our chocolate dissolves. Let's mix everything and put it aside for now.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Beat eggs and yolk with sugar.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Now add the cooled mixture of chocolate and butter.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Mix all the dry ingredients. And add to our mass.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Now add half the sour cream and half the flour. Etc. Let's mix everything up. At the end, pour boiling water.

  7. Step 7:

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Caramel I made a long time ago. It is well stored in the freezer. This is caramel with gelatin, not just caramel but salted. So, we make caramel. Fill the gelatin with water. We take a saucepan with a thick bottom. We do not pour all the sugar. And we do not turn on a strong fire. When some of the sugar has melted, add another part. We do not interfere with sugar. We can only tilt . At the same time, we put cream next to the fire. We heat them almost to a boil.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

When the sugar dissolves, turns slightly brown, pour our cream. And pour them in parts, at first quite a bit, and immediately stir well with a whisk. You can't pour out all the cream. Be careful, the cream will rise, you can get burned. Mix the cream and add the butter at room temperature. Mix everything well. And now remove from the heat, pour into another container and add the squeezed gelatin. Mix everything together. And now add a pinch of salt.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

We make a deepening with a knife in cupcakes. And fill the cupcakes.

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

For cream cheese, mix cold cream, cold cottage cheese and powder. Whisk everything well.

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

We take a cooking bag and such a nozzle. Fill with cream and decorate our cupcakes. That's it, we'll put it in the refrigerator to cool down. And you can help yourself.

  15. Step 15:

    Step 15.
