Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

To prepare pizza, prepare the necessary ingredients. I use raw smoked bacon. It must be cut into small slices. You can take any cheese, but the main thing is that it should be easy to grate. Heat the water for making the dough to a warm state. This is necessary in order for the yeast to start working actively in a warm environment.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

To prepare the yeast dough, take a comfortable, spacious bowl so that it is convenient to knead the dough in it. Pour warm water into the bowl and add dry yeast. Mix it up.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Then pour vegetable oil into the bowl and add salt and sugar.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Sift the flour of the highest or first grade through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the dough will be the most airy. Gradually begin to add flour and knead the dough.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Depending on the quality of the flour, it may need a little more or less. Be guided by the consistency of the dough. It should not stick to your hands, but it should remain tender and soft. Cover the finished dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. During this time, the dough should fit well and increase in size several times.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Divide the finished dough into 2-3 pizzas. Roll out each part into a circle, 25-35 centimeters in diameter. Navigate according to your taste. You can, in general, make one big pizza, from the whole dough at once. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with cooking paper.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Brush the prepared dough with a small amount of tomato sauce. Then spread slices of sliced bacon over the entire surface.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. Spread the sliced tomatoes all over the pizza, distributing them most evenly.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Sprinkle the top of the pizza liberally with cheese, grated on a fine grater. Put the prepared pizza in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 20-25 minutes. During this time, the dough will have time to prepare, and all the ingredients of the filling are already used ready-made. The cheese will melt well. Be guided by your oven.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Remove the finished pizza from the oven, cut into pieces and help yourself. Bon appetit!
