Tear-off apple pie

Instead of the usual apple pies, bake an original tear-off! Very tasty, fragrant, juicy, tender and airy pie. Besides, it is quite unusual - when I baked for the first time, my relatives were surprised, especially the children. It looks beautiful - it's not a shame to serve tea to guests. In general, I recommend)

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 10 min

1. Heat the milk to 35-40 degrees, pour it into a bowl.
2. Put yeast in the milk, stir.
3. Add sugar and salt to the mixture, mix again.
4. Melt the butter, mix it with sour cream, put it with the rest of the ingredients.
5. Break an egg, whisk it with a whisk, add it to a bowl. Mix everything well.
6. Sift the flour, gradually adding it to the other ingredients, knead the dough. Cover the finished dough with a towel, leave it warm for half an hour.
7. Mix brown sugar with cinnamon.
8. Wash the apples, dry them with a towel, cut them in half and cut out the cores. Cut the apple halves into smaller slices - about 4 parts.
9. Roll each apple slice in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
10. Roll out the dough into a 0.7 cm thick layer, cut circles out of it. You can make them of different sizes - smaller and larger.
11. Put an apple slice in the center of each circle, pinch the edges.
12. Put the finished small pies in a baking dish lined with parchment. Put the small ones in the center, the large ones in the outer circle.
13. Leave the baking sheet in the heat for 15 minutes so that the cake comes up. At this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
14. Put the pie to bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes (until browned).

Let the finished pie cool slightly and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

Sweet tea party!
