Stuffed pasta cannelloni tubes

A successful recipe for stuffed pasta with minced meat and vegetables. For the second time in my life I did cannelloni. For several years they did not come out: they turned out to be too dry, some of the pasta did not cook and remained stiff. A lot depends on the sauce: there should be enough moisture in it so that the pasta has where to get water for boiling. Therefore, it is better not to take greasier cream.

    Fill the cannelloni with minced meat as tightly as possible and put it in a baking dish as tightly as possible to each other.

    Sauce. Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater.

    Combine cream with tomato paste and mix until smooth.

    Pour cannelloni sauce and put it in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 35 minutes.

    Then take out the mold, sprinkle cannelloni with grated mozzarella and put it back in the oven for 5-7 minutes.

Instead of the second bell pepper, you can take 1 onion. It needs to be finely chopped and fried in a frying pan with Bulgarian pepper.

Cannelloni can be boiled in water before stuffing. See the instructions on the package. I didn't boil it.
