4. Put banana puree to the mixture of eggs and butter, add sour cream, mix everything well until smooth.
5. Pour the resulting mass into the flour mixture, mix everything thoroughly.
6. Chop the walnuts, put them in the dough (leave a little to decorate the finished cupcakes) and stir, it is necessary that the nuts are distributed evenly in the dough.
7. Put paper molds in a silicone cupcake mold, which fill 2/3 with dough.
8. Put the mold in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes (until ready and browning). The degree of readiness can be checked with a match - if it remains dry after sticking, the cupcakes are ready. Let them cool down.
9. Whisk mascarpone together with powdered sugar, put the mass in a pastry bag and decorate the cupcakes with it. Sprinkle the nuts specially laid aside for this on top, decorate with banana slices.
