Apple jam pie

Traditional, apple pie for a family tea party! Baking from yeast dough is very tasty, tender and airy. I especially like jam pies. They are, of course, very high in calories, but sometimes you can pamper yourself and your family.

  1. Step 1:

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Lay out the apple jam and spread evenly over the entire surface of the dough, not reaching the edge of 1-2 cm. Roll out the delayed 1/3 of the dough and cut into strips. Spread these strips over the entire surface of the pie with a mesh, attaching the edges to the dough.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Using a brush, brush the top of the cake with egg yolk. Let the pie stand for 10-15 minutes in the heat. Then put the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes (approximately). Be guided by your oven.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

The finished cake will be an appetizing golden color. And the aroma of fresh, homemade pastries will be carried throughout the kitchen. Remove the pie from the mold and cool slightly. Have a nice tea party!

In general, you can use any jam or jam for filling in such a pie. You can even cook it with unsweetened stuffing. But apple jam, of course, will remain in the favorites of taste.
If there is no round baking dish, then you can cook the pie immediately on a baking sheet, with one large pie.
The aroma of homemade cakes always makes the house cozy.
And any housewife can cook such a pie.
