Cooking method

Cooking time: 12 h

1. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, pour sugar, beat with a mixer until the mass increases in volume and becomes lush.

2. Add softened butter to the egg mass, and also pour flour with baking powder and cocoa Nesquik, mix the dough with a mixer into a homogeneous smooth dough.

3. Grease the mold with vegetable oil, pour the dough into it, send it to the oven preheated to 160 degrees, bake for 30 minutes.

4. We remove the cake from the mold, cool it on the grill, then cut it into three equal parts, leave one for the base, cut the rest into small cubes.

5. During the cooling of the cake, we prepare the cream for the cake: put the boiled condensed milk in a bowl, add sour cream, beat with a mixer until smooth, then add the cocoa Nesquik and continue to beat until the mass turns into a soft homogeneous cream. Also, walnuts are dried in a dry frying pan, chopped with a knife coarsely.

6. Combine the biscuit cubes with the cream, mix, add the nuts (half of the portion), mix again. We spread the resulting mass on the cake base with a slide, sprinkle with the remaining nuts. We send the cake to the refrigerator for impregnation, preferably overnight, this is about 8-10 hours.

The finished delicacy is served on the table, cut into portions.

Have a nice tea party!
