Puff Pastry Banana Puffs

Banana-chocolate treat in crispy dough. Unearthly pleasure! Once I saw enough beautiful pictures from foreign sites and wanted to experiment. The result pleased both me and my loved ones, especially, of course, the children liked it - they were just delighted! If you like bananas, dark chocolate and puff pastry, you will definitely like this dessert!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. Roll out the dough, cut it into long strips.

2. Peel the bananas. If they are large, they can be cut in half and lengthwise, but whole bananas will look more beautiful in the finished puff.

3. Wrap the bananas in strips of dough.

4. Fold the future puffs on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

5. Beat the egg and brush the buns with it on top.

6. Put a baking sheet with puffs in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes (until browning).

7. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath.

8. Before serving, sprinkle the finished puffs with powdered sugar and pour over the melted chocolate.
