Chocolate cake with curd balls

    I used store-bought cottage cheese, so I just kneaded the cottage cheese with a fork (if you have homemade cottage cheese, wipe it through a sieve). Add sugar.

    Roll the balls of the same size from the resulting curd mass. Cover the cake pan with parchment and grease it with butter. Spread the curd balls evenly according to the shape.

    Beat with a mixer until foam forms and add vanilla. Melt the chocolate in a convenient way for you (steamed, in the microwave), cool down a little. Add to the yolks.

    Send it to the preheated oven and cook for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the finished cake from the oven and cool in the mold.
