Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. Defrost the dough.
2. For the filling, mix cottage cheese, 1 egg, sugar (adjust it to taste so that you like it) and dried fruits (from raisins and dried berries to dried apricots, prunes and dried bananas). The latter, if large, need to be finely chopped.
3. Roll out the dough a little. If thick, cut into long triangles. Preheat the oven.
4. Put a part of the filling on the wide edge of each triangle and roll up the bagel pies. You can choose another way of forming pies - it's not critical.
5. Put the pies on a baking sheet, brush them with egg and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Enjoy!
