Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h

In a small container, combine milk with carbonated water and heat it slightly. This mixture should not be hot. Add dry fast-acting yeast and a tablespoon of sugar to it. Let the yeast foam.

Sift flour into a deep bowl. Pour a mixture of milk, sparkling water and yeast into it. Then we break one raw egg, add 4 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, soft butter, sunflower refined oil. Mix well.

When the dough in the bowl comes together in a lump, sprinkle the table with flour and knead the dough until it becomes soft and elastic and does not stick to your hands.

Put the dough in a saucepan and cover with a clean, dry towel. We put it in a warm place. After 1 hour, the dough will increase in volume. It is ready for cutting and cooking pies. Mix blueberries with sugar. From the dough, we tear off pieces of approximately 60-70 grams. We roll out each piece into a flat cake and put blueberries with sugar.

Form the pies and put them on a baking sheet with baking paper. We grease the pies with yolk and let them stand at room temperature for 25 minutes. Then put in the oven, preheated to 170-175 degrees C. Bake for about 45 minutes until golden brown. We take the finished pastries out of the oven and cover them with a towel.

Fragrant, ruddy and very tasty blueberry pies are ready. Have a nice tea party!
