1. We choose a vessel in which we will knead the dough, it should be large enough to work comfortably. Sift flour with baking powder into the prepared container, then sift cocoa powder. Dry ingredients should be saturated with oxygen, then the baking will be tender and airy. Here we pour sugar, mix.

2. In a separate bowl, pour sour cream, it must not be greasy. Pour the whole portion of water and vegetable oil into the sour cream, mix with a hand whisk until smooth.

3. Pour the resulting mixture into a container with dry ingredients, mix with a whisk. The mass should turn out smooth, without lumps. At this stage, the dough is already ready. Of course, it's quite liquid, but that's how it should be.

4. The bottom of the split mold is lined with parchment, pour the dough into it. The number of ingredients is designed for a shape with a diameter of 21-22 centimeters, the finished cake should not be high, about 4-5 cm. If the baking dish is smaller, respectively, the dough layer is thicker, the pie may not be baked inside properly.

5. We send the form with the dough into the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 50 minutes, after the specified time we check the pie for readiness with a wooden skewer. We pierce through the center - the skewer should remain dry.

6. We remove the pie from the mold after it has completely cooled down. Decorate to taste, as an option, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar, it's not difficult, fast and elegant!

Serve the pastries on the table, cut into portions.
