Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

1. It is better to take young beets. If the beetroot is old, pre-boil it. The young one does not need to be boiled. Wash it, peel it, grate it on a coarse grater, put the resulting mass in a bowl.
2. In the same bowl, add sour cream, suneli hops, salt, ground black pepper. Squeeze through a press or rub the garlic, put it with the rest of the ingredients. Also break the eggs there.
3. Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly.
4. Cut the black bread into thin slices - thin enough, but not too thin.
5. Cover the baking dish with baking paper, put pieces of bread on the bottom of the mold so that they cover the entire bottom with a solid layer.
6. Put half of the beetroot mixture on the bread, distribute it evenly.
7. Again put a layer of bread on which lay out the remaining beetroot filling. Pour the liquid from the beetroot mixture over the casserole.
8. Grate the hard cheese. Sprinkle them on top of the casserole.
9. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, put the casserole dish in it for 15 minutes.

Let the finished casserole cool down a little and serve it to the table with sour cream.

Bon appetit!
