Cheesecakes with apples from yeast dough

Bake cheesecakes, but not with cottage cheese, but with sweet apple filling! Very tasty cheesecakes with juicy honey-apple filling and a ruddy, slightly crispy crust. I have never met a more fragrant and appetizing filling in any apple pies! I am happy to bake cheesecakes and closed pies with her, but the first ones turn out to be especially delicious. Try it!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h 30 min

1. Preheat the milk to 38 degrees and pour it into a bowl.

2. Dilute yeast in warm milk.

3. Add the butter. It is better if it is soft, slightly melted.

4. Put salt, sugar and mix everything well.

5. Sift the flour. Mix the flour into the yeast mass in small portions. Perhaps a little less or a little more flour will be needed.

6. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands.

7. Cover the dough and let it stand in a warm place for an hour and a half. During this time, it should double in volume.

8. Now you need to knead the dough and put it back in a warm place for half an hour. It should rise again.

9. Wash the apples, remove the cores and stems, then cut into cubes.

10. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Sprinkle the chopped apples with lemon juice, add cinnamon and sugar to them.

11. Heat a frying pan with butter. Put the apples in the butter, add honey.

12. Simmer the apples on low heat for about 10 minutes. They should become soft, but at the same time not boil. Drain the syrup.

13. Cut the dough into identical pieces, form a ball from each, and then roll it into a flat cake. You can just flatten the balls with your palm.

14. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, put the tortillas on it and leave to stand in the heat for 20 minutes.

15. In the middle of each tortilla, make a recess (for example, with a glass) and fill it with filling.

16. Mix the egg with water and grease the dough with the mixture.

17. Put the future cheesecakes in a preheated 210 degree oven for half an hour.

Cheesecakes are ready! Have a nice tea party!
