Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

First of all, we will prepare the necessary products, namely:

- peel the garlic, and then finely chop it with a knife,

- cilantro (or any other herbs, such as basil, oregano, thyme or rosemary) is washed, dried with paper napkins and finely chopped,

- wash the lemon, wipe it with a towel, and then cut it into circles (you need eight in total),

- fish steaks are also washed, dried with paper towels,

- rinse broccoli and cauliflower under running water, clean, trim the stems, divide the inflorescences into smaller ones, so that it is "one bite".

Everything is ready - it's time to proceed directly to the preparation of this delicious and beautiful dish... What we will do is this:

1. Put the butter in a small frying pan, put the frying pan on a slow fire. Add chopped garlic and chopped cilantro to the oil, mix, and wait for the oil to completely melt. After that, we keep it on fire for another half a minute. During this time, the oil should be soaked with the aroma of garlic and fragrant herbs.

2. We tear off 8 pieces of foil about 30 cm long from the roll, fold each sheet 2 times so that the foil turns out to be double. In total, you need 4 sets of foil - 2 pieces for each steak. Pour fragrant oil on four double leaves in the center (leave half for later), smear it lightly, and spread two lemon circles on top of each greased sheet. Put the steaks on the lemon slices, and then distribute the broccoli and cauliflower inflorescences equally between the four leaves. Top the fish and vegetables with the remnants of flavored oil. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper, and then put four uncoated double sheets of foil on top and carefully fasten, connecting the foil from all sides. You should get four foil envelopes with delicious stuffing inside.

3. We spread the foil-wrapped fish with vegetables on a baking sheet and put it to bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Bake the fish for 10-12 minutes. The fish should be cooked during this time, and the vegetables should become soft.

4. We remove the fish from the oven and immediately serve it on the table while it is hot. We complement the finished dish with lemon slices (optional).

Bon appetit!
