    How to make a salad with salted pears? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. Boil eggs, potatoes in a uniform and chicken breast in advance. The eggs must be boiled in boiling water for 7-8 minutes, then cooled, poured cold. Pour the salted mushrooms with boiling water to wash off the excess salt. If the mushrooms are large, then cut them into pieces. Open a can of canned peas and drain the liquid. Rinse fresh herbs in running water.

    Boil the chicken breast in boiling water for 30 minutes. Then cool it. Cut the cooled chicken meat into cubes.

    In a salad bowl, combine chopped chicken meat and salted mushrooms.

    Potatoes, without peeling, boil in boiling water for 20-25 minutes. Drain the water and cool the potatoes. Peel boiled potatoes in a uniform, removing the peel from it, and cut into cubes. Remove the shell from the boiled eggs and cut them, too. I usually cut eggs with an egg cutter. By the way, when potatoes are small and well boiled, the egg cutter copes with it perfectly. Add the chopped potatoes and eggs to the bowl.

    Finely chop the fresh herbs. For the salad, I use fresh dill and green onion feathers. Add chopped greens and canned peas to the salad bowl.

    Mix all the ingredients carefully so that the salad does not look crumpled. Pour a little olive oil. Add a little salt and ground pepper to your taste.

    Put the finished salad in a salad bowl and serve it to the table, cooling it a little in the refrigerator. Enjoy your meal!

The salad will look nice and neat if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape (for example, cubes).

Be sure to wash the eggs before use, since even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
