Butter pie with yogurt and vanilla tincture

A fragrant pie will pleasantly complement a family tea party! A very tasty pie, in its consistency it resembles not an airy sponge cake, as in a regular charlotte, but a delicate creamy cupcake.

    Mix eggs, yogurt and sugar, whisk until fluffy.

    Add the melted (slightly cooled) butter. Butter can be replaced with vegetable oil.

    Sift flour with baking powder and add to the egg mixture.

    Put the dough into a mold (my diameter is 22 cm).

    Peel the apples and cut them into plates, spread them on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Apples do not have to be laid out on top, if desired, you can cut the apples into pieces and mix them into the dough.

    Bake the pie in a preheated 180 C oven for about 40 minutes. Let the pie cool completely and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
