Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Ingredients you will need: Cottage cheese, I have 5% fat content, in packs. I do not recommend taking too fat. Eggs with a total weight of 100 g. These are 2 small eggs. Milk and water at room temperature. Butter. Softened. Semolina. Sugar can be adjusted independently. I don't have a very sweet one. Salt, vanilla. Candied fruits - according to your wishes and availability. You can replace it with raisins, dried apricots or the zest of one orange. Or don't put anything at all.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

I combine water, milk, salt, vanillin, semolina and bring it to a boil over medium heat with constant stirring. I add butter (still in hot porridge) and mix well. I cover it with something because porridge is warm or hot, it is better to combine with cottage cheese, and set aside.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

It is better to punch the cottage cheese with an immersion blender or rub it through a sieve to a pasty state. This is an important step that will affect the structure of the finished casserole.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Then add sugar, eggs and mix well. Then semolina porridge. If there are lumps, I punch with a blender. The mass should be homogeneous, creamy, or something ...

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

And at the very end candied fruits. Mixing it up.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

I will bake in this form for a cupcake. Size 12*21. I send it to a preheated oven to 160-170 degrees for 40-45 minutes. But it's better to focus on your oven. Do not raise the temperature too high because the casserole will rise a lot, and then it will fall off and it will be wrinkled :) But it will not affect the taste in any way.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

She will blush slightly. I let it cool completely. And only then I take it out of the form...

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

If desired, you can decorate with fruits or berries ... And that's the beauty it turns out! Delicate, airy, fragrant. It holds its shape well, and the structure is very pleasant.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

And you can serve it with honey, jam or fresh sour cream. Orange candied fruits not only provide a beautiful cut, but also an original taste!

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Bon appetit! Have a nice day!
