Cooking time: 2 hours

1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients. This is flour, sugar, semolina, apples, baking powder, vegetable oil and cinnamon.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients of our recipe in one container. These are semolina, sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
3. Take a baking sheet or any baking dish, put parchment in it, pour a little vegetable oil on the parchment and distribute evenly over the entire surface.
4. Wash the apples, peel them from the skin and core. Then grate on a coarse grater.
5. Pour a third of our dry mixture on a baking sheet and distribute evenly over the surface.
6. Then spread half of the grated apple evenly on top of this mixture.
7. Again, pour evenly over the apples already half of the remaining dry mixture.
8. Now again we spread and distribute evenly the remaining grated apples.
9. And at the end, pour the remaining dry mixture over the apples, evenly distributing it over the entire surface.
10. The surface of the pie is carefully watered with vegetable oil.
11. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
The finished cake can be decorated to your liking. You can sprinkle with nuts, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or grated chocolate.
You can also add poppy seeds, raisins or other dried fruits to this pie. Or nuts to your taste. Especially if this pie becomes a regular dish in your home, you may want to somehow diversify its taste.
The moisture content of the pie can be varied by the number of apples added.
The pie is baked well enough and has crispy crusts. It happens that the sugar does not have time to dissolve and then crunches in the pie. If you don't like this effect, you can use powdered sugar instead of regular sugar.
If you want a more satisfying pie, you can rub butter evenly on top instead of vegetable oil.
Bon appetit!
