Pear pie with cream and almonds

Amazing pie with a delicate creamy pear filling. I've been planning to make this pie for a very long time. One look at the composition of the ingredients suggests what kind of yummy you will end up with. It is better to use pears that are not very hard, so that the filling turns out juicy, and the fruits are well baked. The creamy filling turns into a dense custard when baking. In combination with a slightly crispy dough, a wonderful and delicious pie is obtained.
