Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Cut the apples into slices , sprinkle with cinnamon and starch. Defrost the cherries and sprinkle with starch too . Separate the whites from the yolks . Beat the soft butter with sugar and a pinch of salt , add 2 egg yolks , sour cream, vanilla .Sift the flour with cocoa and baking powder and add to the dough . The dough will turn out soft , it is easy to put it with a spatula in a greased form ( I have a detachable 24 cm ) , make small sides and put half of the fruit on top .

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Put the mold in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile , we make a souffle . Beat 3 eggs white with sugar and vanilla . Add cottage cheese , sour cream , butter , starch and beat until smooth .

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Take the pie out of the oven, pour the souffle on it, and top with the remaining fruit. If the souffle is runny , then first put it in the oven for 5 minutes to catch , and then put the fruit . Increase the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes more until the stick is dry . Let the pie cool down .

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Make protein cream from the remaining proteins. To do this , beat the cooled proteins with sugar , vanilla and citric acid to solid peaks . Then slow down the mixer and add softened butter in small pieces . Grease our pie with cream and put it in the refrigerator for several hours to solidify . For the festive version , it is better to make a custard protein cream (recipes are available on the website) and decorate with a pastry bag .

I really love chocolate dough , cottage cheese and fruit , so I came up with this recipe .
