The traditional taste of fetaxa, fresh spinach, an abundance of garlic and onions - this filling will make the chicken juicy, soft, tender and unusually fragrant! The only thing to consider is to remove the skin from the bird!

1. Garlic and onions are cleaned. Garlic cloves are passed through a press or grated on a fine grater, and the onion is cut into small cubes. Spinach is washed, dried with paper towels. Then cut finely.

2. We put the crushed ingredients in a deep bowl. Chop the fetax, spread it here. We enrich it with spices: oregano and basil.

3. Then add ground black pepper to the filling. There is no need to salt, since the cheese is already salty enough.

4. Chicken breasts are washed under running water, the skin must be removed. Dry the chicken with paper towels.

5. Using a sharp knife, we make a deep incision in the widest side of each breast. The incision should not be through, but deep enough.

6. In the resulting pocket, using a teaspoon, we spread the prepared filling.

7.The baking dish is lubricated with a small amount of vegetable oil.

8. We place the prepared breasts in the form. Lubricate each with olive oil, and then sprinkle with paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.

9. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. We send a form with chicken into it, bake for 40 - 55 minutes.

Serve hot on the table, immediately after cooking.
