Incredibly airy, tender dough with berry filling! I want to share my favorite recipe for making this beloved French dessert. The pie turns out to be fabulously delicious, soaked in berry juice, its texture is creamy, a little moist. Any frozen berries that are at home are suitable for making a pie. 1. Let's prepare the dough for the pie, it should turn out to be quite liquid. Break the eggs into a deep dish and start whipping, gradually pouring sugar. Warm up the milk and pour warm into the dough, mix gently with a whisk. Sift flour into the dough and add finely ground oat flakes. Let it stand for a while, 10-15 minutes, during this time the flakes will swell a little.
2. The baking dish is smeared with butter. We put the thawed berries on the bottom, if there are bones, then they must be pre-extracted.
3. Pour the dough into the mold, and put it in the preheated oven. Cook at 180-190 degrees, about 1 hour. As soon as the biscuit is covered with a golden crust, we take the dessert out of the oven.
