1. Add salt to the water, stir until all the grains dissolve. Pour in 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil and add flour. Knead the dough and remove the dish with the dough for half an hour. After that, the dough will become smoother and more elastic.
2. Divide the dough in half. We spread the surface on which we will roll out the dough with oil. Hands and rolling pin are also coated with oil and roll out the dough into a very thin layer.
3. Potatoes are washed, cleaned and cut into small cubes.
Put potatoes and finely chopped onions on a rolled flatbread. Salt and season the pepper to taste. Form into a roll and spread on a baking sheet in the form of a snail. For decoration, you can sprinkle sesame seeds.
4. Bake the roll at 170 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
