Dietary oatmeal cookies with cottage cheese

Cooking method

1. Mix oat flakes with eggs and melted butter. We leave the dough for an hour, during which time the flakes should become softer and swell. If the oatmeal is very coarse, it can be rolled on a meat grinder with a fine grate.

2. Next, add the remaining ingredients: sugar, vanilla, cottage cheese and cinnamon, if desired. Mix everything and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3. We form round cookies from the dough and slightly press down on top. Spread on baking paper and send to the oven, bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
