How to make clafouti with apricots?

1. Wash and peel apricots  from the bone.

2. Add sugar to the eggs and whisk until foam forms. Pour in the warm milk. Sift the flour into the dough and mix everything together. Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. The dough in this recipe looks like a pancake.

Turn on the preheat oven to 180 degrees.

2. Grease the mold with butter and spread the apricot slices on the bottom with a slice up. Pour the dough, it turns out like liquid sour cream.


4. Put the mold in a hot oven, bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
