Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

We take the dough out of the refrigerator and let it lie on the table, the dough should become soft.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and grease with oil. Turn on the oven to preheat.

Roll out the dough and cut into squares. In the center of each square we put jam and pinch the edges. Grease the pies with beaten yolk on top (you can dilute them with milk a little).

Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
As the pies rose and became ruddy, it means you can get them out of the oven.
