Napoleon puff pastry classic

Cake in a hurry - it doesn't taste better! Try! Today I will tell you how I bake "Napoleon" in just an hour and a half! The main feature of the cake is that it does not need a long time for impregnation, because the cakes are smeared with a miracle cream "2 in 1", which simultaneously performs two functions: impregnates and gives a creamy layer. The cake turns out crispy, tender and juicy! Words can't convey - you have to try!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h

1. The package contains 2 rectangular sheets of dough, each of which is divided in half. Bake 2 parts on a baking sheet lined with parchment in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Before sending the baking sheet into the oven, we make multiple punctures on the dough layer with a fork.

2. Ready-made cakes, while they are still hot, cut lengthwise into 2 parts. Thus, 8 cakes are obtained.

3. Using a mixer, beat the sour cream with sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix condensed milk with softened butter, beat the mass with a mixer until it becomes fluffy and airy.

4. Mix condensed milk cream with sour cream and send it to the refrigerator.

5. Completely cooled cakes (7 pieces) are smeared with air cream, the last 8th is crumbled with our hands and left for decoration.

6. We cover the cake with a cutting board, put the load on top (a jar of 400 grams of peas is quite suitable). We leave the cake for 10 minutes, after which we remove the load and lubricate the surface and sides of the Napoleon with the remaining cream, and sprinkle with crumbs.

Decorate the cake with almond petals and serve it on the table.
