Rub cottage cheese with powdered sugar with a fork, add chopped almonds (if it is lightly fried in a frying pan without oil, the food will come out even tastier). Mix everything well. Beat eggs with a mixer to a thick foam, then pour flour into them, pour milk. Continue whipping until you get a completely homogeneous mass. Now combine the cottage cheese and flour mixture into one, mix everything thoroughly. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Lubricate the pudding mold with butter, lightly sprinkle with flour. We put our dough into a mold and bake at the lower or middle level (depending on who has what oven) for at least forty minutes. If we see that the pudding burns slightly from above, the temperature can be lowered. It is best to cover the top of the pudding with parchment paper (if you have an electric stove) or foil towards the end of baking.
