Thoroughly wash the chicken wings. If necessary, we sprinkle them, because you do not need to remove the skin from them in any case. Carefully put the washed wings in a bowl. We take vegetable oil, add soy sauce, honey heated in a water bath, lemon juice and mix everything thoroughly. And now we fill the wings with the resulting marinade so that it covers all the meat. Cover with a lid and keep it for two hours (or more). That's it, now the wings can be fried as you like: in the oven, in the microwave on the grill or on the fire. You can serve them with any side dish, even baked potatoes (if you decide to go to nature). If you do not have enough salt from soy sauce, you can add salt to the wings before pouring the marinade.
