Sochniki with cottage cheese

Incredibly tender juicers that will bring pleasure to the family! For me, sochniki is a taste of childhood, associated with visits to visit my grandmother! When I see juicers in the store, I buy them without hesitation. And to be honest, this purchase is not always successful. After the last unsuccessful sample of juicers, I decided to take them on myself. To my surprise, after a little searching, I found my perfect recipe. And I really want to share it.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 25 min

So let's start:

1. The flour must be sifted, then add soda and salt.
2. In a small bowl, whisk the egg with sugar, add sour cream to the mixture, mix well.
3. Time to put the butter, then whisk everything again.
4. In small portions, enter the flour mixture (you may need a little more flour), kneading a tender but rather elastic dough. Form a ball of dough.

Now you can do the filling:

5. Whisk the egg white with sugar into a steep foam.
6. Using a blender, mix the cottage cheese and sour cream, put the whipped protein to them.
7. Add flour (if the filling is thick enough, you can not add flour).

Moving on to the final stage of cooking treats:

8. Roll out the dough to a thickness of several millimeters.
9. Cut out circles from the rolled dough (the diameter according to your desire - depending on what size you want to bake juicers).
10. Put the curd filling on one side of the circles (a teaspoon is enough), cover the top with the opposite edge of the circle. There is no need to pinch the dough - just cover it. Put the future juicers on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
11. Shake the egg yolk in a cup and grease the juicers on top.
12. Bake the delicacy in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes (until browned).

Have a sweet tea party!
