Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min

1. We put the oven on preheating to 180-200 degrees. Meanwhile, we line the baking sheet with foil with a margin of edges for wrapping the dish.

2. Spread the Hawaiian mixture on foil, sprinkle with half of the spices. Pour most of the soy sauce and mix gently with your hands. Evenly distribute into a layer under the size of a fish steak.

3. Rub the steak with lemon juice and the remaining spices, spread it on the Hawaiian mixture. Pour the rest of the soy sauce and lemon juice.

4. Wrap the edges of the foil and put the dish in the oven for 30 minutes to bake.
Then unwrap the foil and let the steak brown in the oven for a couple of minutes.

5. Serve the finished dish with your favorite salad or, for example, with fresh vegetables and feta cheese.

Bon appetit!
