Charlotte without eggs with apples on kefir with semolina

Delicious pie with a golden crust and the aroma of apples, cinnamon and vanilla. A good version of charlotte for those who for some reason do not eat eggs. Charlotte tastes no worse than usual, but a little different - denser, maybe less airy, but also very tasty. Relatives are quite spoiled with pies, but this charlotte was appreciated. Now I cook it more often.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

We'll start by washing the apples. We cut out the cores, remove the stems and cut the fruits into slices.

Pour kefir into a bowl, add soda to it, mix. Then pour the usual and vanilla sugar, cinnamon, salt. Pour in the oil and mix everything well.

Sift flour, mix with semolina. In small portions, we introduce the flour mixture into the dough.

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, sprinkle with semolina.

Put some of the apples in the dough, mix. We put this mixture into a mold. The rest of the apples are spread on top of the pie in a circle.

We put the future pie in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a wooden stick (or toothpick) - immerse it in the dough. If the dough sticks, the cake is not ready yet.

Let the finished charlotte cool slightly and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

Have a nice tea party!
