Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the proteins with half a portion of sugar to strong peaks. Beat the yolks with the remaining sugar to a white creamy consistency.
Melt the butter. add milk. Add the beaten egg yolks to the whipped whites.Gently mix with a spatula from bottom to top. Mix almond flour with wheat flour and add baking powder.
Add the dry mixture to the yolk protein mass.Gently mix with a spatula from bottom to top. And add the cooled creamy milk mixture. Mix everything well. Pour half of the dough into a mold with a diameter of 26cm, covered with oiled paper.Put thinly sliced apples on top. And dough again. Sprinkle almond plates on top.
Put the cake in the oven 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool it down. Have a nice tea party!
