1. Beat eggs with sugar.

2. Add 2 tablespoons of flour there, mix.

3. Preheat the milk. Pour warm milk to the eggs with sugar and flour, mix.

4. We put the mixture on a small fire and, stirring constantly, cook until thickened. Cool it down. Add 50 grams of cream to the warm cream.oil and mix with a whisk (spoon). It is not necessary to beat with a mixer, just mix until the oil dissolves.
