Crazy cake with chocolate icing

A very delicious pie made from products that any hostess always has. Why Crazy? Because without eggs, milk and butter. It turns out high, tender, moist. And moderately sweet. Such a pie can please relatives and friends in the Post (if you do not cover it with icing, but just sprinkle powdered sugar on top) or... a week before the salary.
