Delicious, fragrant and very beautiful, and you don't need anything else! The baskets turn out very tasty, crispy tender dough, fragrant mushrooms, sweet onions. And if you still have the opportunity to use forest mushrooms instead of champignons, then it will be impossible to resist them!

    Spread the resulting dough on the work surface and roll out into a layer 3-4 mm thick. We cut out circles to fit the size of the molds.

    Put the dough into baking molds, prick the surface of the dough with a fork and send it to the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

    After 20 minutes, we cover each mold with baking paper and cover it with a load (for example, beans or peas) and bake in this form in a preheated oven to 200 C for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, we remove the load with paper and bake for another 5-7 minutes.

    Cut the onion into half rings.

    And fry in vegetable oil until a beautiful golden color.

    Mushrooms are cut into halves or if they are large, then into 3 parts.

    Fry the mushrooms until golden brown on both sides.

    At the bottom of the finished baskets we spread fried onions, 3-4 slices of mushrooms on top.

    For filling, mix cream, grated cheese, egg, salt and pepper, if desired, you can add fresh herbs.

    Fill the baskets with filling and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 C (until the filling seizes). Let it cool down a little and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
