Next, remove from the water bath, add slaked soda. We introduce flour in parts. Knead well. The dough should become viscous and sticky.

    Lubricate the baking container with oil. We put the fifth part of our dough in a round baking container. If there is no such thing, put it on a baking sheet. And with the help of a round shape (or a large diameter lid), we form a circle from the dough slightly larger than the shape.

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake our cake for about 6-8 minutes. We give the cake the shape of a circle using the same shape or lid. Bake and cut off 4 more cakes.

    While the cakes are cooling, mix and beat the ingredients for the cream. The remaining crumbs from the cakes will be crushed in a blender.

    Lubricate our cakes and the sides of the cake with the resulting cream. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs from the cakes on top. We put the cake to soak in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
