    Pour flour and a pinch of salt into the bowl of the combine, add diced cold butter. With quick movements, grind into crumbs.

    If the crumb is not wet enough, add cold water and knead the dough.

    Spread the dough on the work surface and roll it into a layer 3-4 mm thick.

    We put the dough in a mold and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    While the dough is cooling, let's do the filling.

    Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until soft. Add mushrooms cut into plates to the onion. Fry until the liquid evaporates. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Chop the green onion and spinach, add another 1 clove of garlic if desired. Add the greens to the mushrooms and fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, the filling is ready.

    We take out the form with the dough from the refrigerator. We put a sheet of baking paper or foil on top of the dough, pour the cargo (beans, peas) and send it to the oven preheated to 180 C for 15 minutes.

    We put the spinach-mushroom filling on the bottom of the basket.

    For filling, mix cream and eggs, add salt and pepper. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

    Spread the cheese on the spinach filling, cut the cherry into halves and spread it on top of the cheese. Fill the filling with filling and send it to a preheated 180 C oven for 30-40 minutes.
